To Win: No. 5 Treasurethe Moment ($1.70 at time of publish) – BET NOW

TREASURETHE MOMENT (1) is the clear favourite to return to Group 1-winning form in the 2025 Might And Power Stakes at Caulfield on Guineas Day, facing just three rivals in what looks her race to lose. The Alabama Express four-year-old dominates the market as the justified odds-on favourite, chasing a perfect four-from-four record at Caulfield and aiming to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winning mare Deny Knowledge. A model of consistency, she’s won 10 of her 13 starts and has never finished worse than second. As a filly, she pulled off the rare VRC Oaks–ATC Oaks double and added the Vinery Stud Stakes to her growing list of top-level victories. She resumed this spring with a commanding 2.5-length victory in the Group 1 Memsie Stakes, a win further validated when runner-up Mr Brightside claimed his third Makybe Diva Stakes. After a brief setback with colic that threatened to derail her campaign, she bounced back with a strong second to Pride Of Jenni in the Group 2 Feehan Stakes at The Valley on September 26, proving she’s right back to her brilliant best. Back to her favourite Caulfield track and rising to a more suitable 2000 metres, she draws perfectly in barrier one — the same gate that produced Probabeel’s victory in 2021 — and reunites with Damian Lane, who partnered her to her Memsie Stakes triumph. Back at her ideal track and distance, fit, proven, and perfectly drawn — she’s the standout.
