Matt Markham gives his best in all races at Alexandra Park Harness on Friday, 10 October.
No fault in any of the runs back this time in from 3 The Night Agent and while he hasn’t looked really really sharp, he’s knocking on the door of another win. Lands in a really nice race this week and if able to find a good spot is more than capable of winning.
Selections: 3-8-4-2-7

Back from a good spell and given a bit of time to further develop, it’s exciting to see just how much improvement is set to come from 12 Youneverknow this time in. No doubt the ability is there but time was always going to be a good friend. Nice race to kick off in and although likely to improve should be hard to beat.
Selections: 12-8-6-10-11

It took a pretty smart one in Captain Moonlight to hold out 3 Miki Holla on debut and that form should stack up really well over the coming weeks. Nice progressive pacer from a good stable who meets a small but even field. Should be able to take control of this.
Selections: 3-4-2-1-5
3. Miki Holla (3) J: Tony Cameron 2T: Tony Herlihy
Two resumption notes here, one for the horse 5 Higher Power but the second for the driver, the legendary Barry Purdon back in the bike on race night. A trotter with a lot of ability and while stepping out here fresh against some nice types has the class to get the job done.
Selections: 5-1-2-10-8
5. Higher Power (5) J: Barry Purdon 2010xT: Barry Purdon & Scott Phelan
Right kind of race and right kind of set up for 6 Hooray Henry here tonight. He’s been fantastic all campaign but really stepped it up a notch last time out. Wouldn’t have to go any better than that performance to be a major winning hope again.
Selections: 6-4-5-3-2
6. Hooray Henry (6) J: David Butcher 44241T: David Butcher
Up from Canterbury and into the northern branch of Diamond Racing, 4 Dave Duley has always been a very capable performer. A bit one-paced at times but dour right to the end. Change up in environment might be just what he’s after and no surprise to see him dominate this.
Selections: 4-3-6-5-7
4. Dave Duley (4) J: Jacob Dunn 55774T: Robert & Jenna Dunn
The ultimate model of trotting consistency, 5 Castana is back for another week and primed to once again give the army of supporters plenty to cheer about. Beaten by one with a really nice trip last time but should relish this opportunity and deserves another victory.
Selections: 5-1-4-6-7
5. Castana (2) J: Taitlyn Hanara 42132T: David & Clare McGowan
Lovely progression from start one for the campaign to start two last time from 7 Royal Petite and can really go on with it now. Looks a nice enough trotter in the making and gets a bit of experience over some key rivals here which can make the different.
Selections: 7-1-5-4-8
7. Royal Petite (0) J: Crystal Hackett 66×42T: Michelle Wallis & Bernie Hackett
Huge support in all career runs for 1 Nymbal and while perhaps not quite up to expectations there’s been nothing wrong with the efforts in some pretty strong fields. Looks pretty well placed here tonight from the ace draw and should really deliver.
Selections: 1-6-5-2-4
1. Nymbal (1) J: Benjamin Butcher 2366T: Brian & Gareth Hughes
