Excellent efforts of late from Terry Webster (2) who looks to be really starting to get the hang of the racing game. A small field here is ideal as won’t ever be too far off the speed. With no bad luck, should be stalking and then winding into it late and winning.

Some really big runs from Nansana (7) so far in the career and went very close to wearing down a smart one last time out. Only getting better and while there’s a few handy ones in here, should be able to get into the race at the right time and really make the presence felt.

Lovely race here tonight for One El (6) who has been doing everything but win lately. Has been up in a higher rating band for a lot of the recent racing too and from behind the mobile gets in on nice even terms. Will need to work for it, but he’s as tough as old boots and should be right there when it counts.

Some strong recent racing by Zeus (2) and he finds the perfect set up here. Shouldn’t have to cover any extra ground and looks set for a good trip on the pegs, no worse than three back on the fence. With a bit of luck at the right time then he’ll be charging at the finish.

With racing under the belt, George Eliot (4) is getting better and better. Big run last time out to charge into second and with further improvement on that should have everything in this field beaten for natural speed. The right run is really all that is required. A tidy pipe-opener for the new campaign by Always A Porsche (8) here a couple of weeks ago and will strip a much fitter horse for that run. Has the class edge on most here and gets most for high speed too. Might need to work for it, but should deliver.

Didn’t throw it in last week after a mid-race move to sit parked and a win is coming for Chilli Gold (8). Might have to do it the hard way again tonight but with race experience on some key rivals gets a chance to break through for a maiden win.

Promising filly Easton Doll (1) faces a step up in grade tonight after her impressive victory last time out but might look to take this race by the scruff of her neck from the inside draw and make it her own. Looks very zippy and if left to it, might run them off their feet over the final 800m of the race.

A lot to like about the debut win of Bord De La Mer (1) and it won’t be the last win either. Looks a horse with a bright future and from the inside draw tonight gets a chance to really show his quality. Huge step up no doubt, but astute trainer wouldn’t be here if he didn’t think he could handle it.

Starting to furnish into the horse everyone thought he could be, Irish Dream (6) looks really well placed here tonight. Might have to make his own luck, but in this field should still be good enough to do that and deliver. A great bet to end the night’s racing.
