Only narrowly beaten last time out by a pretty smart one and Drummershavetime (3) wouldn’t need to go any better than that to be winning this. Decent wee slide back in terms of field quality and from the good draw should be on the speed and dominating here.

Canterbury raider Humber Hawk (4) arrives in the south for Team Dalgety off the back of a tidy trials performance. Looks a quick winner and the form from his trial has already been franked by Bill Ackman last week. Small field suits and should deliver.

After just one start to the races back April, Love Meister (3) was put to one side and looks to have come back a bit stronger and mentally better as well. Finds a nice race first up and kicks from a tidy draw which should have him on the speed and right in contention for a very long way.

Some eye-catching efforts in the last couple from Donttellarty (7), really charging through the line from some tricky positions. Might find clear air a little earlier here today and with that can roll on home over the top of a pretty tidy wee field of trotters.

Big second behind the talented Luxmi last time out from Jaccka Henry (5) and he looks set to pick up another win at short notice. Nice race to do it here and with a good draw advantage over the main rivals can get into the right places first and be where he needs to be to win.

Back from a Canterbury raid where she far from disgraced herself, Haley Jaccka (6) looks well placed here today. Will find things a little easier here, even from the wide draw. Good enough to make her own luck in a race like this and still be right there.

A pretty talented trotter returning here in Mor Moonlight (6). Has done some really nice things in the past 12 months and sure to have benefited from a break to further develop. She gets most here for natural speed and even with improvement to come is still the horse to beat.

He’s a pretty talented three-year-old Roger That (10) and he arrives in the south looking for a nice hit out before some bigger assignments up the road. Has trialed well and while still probably 12 months away from being a really serious horse, he should be good enough to win today.
