Two close placings on this track since bagging his maiden win. Close fifth when venturing to Manawatu on Tuesday. Should lead this field. 2 Two Patches Jet downgrades after a fair fourth when resuming.

Mixed bag to date but anything like last week’s run would be enough to take this. Hasn’t been much between the 6, 5 & 4 so far.

Has improved each run in this campaign. The dog that ran past him last week has beaten a strong distance field since.

Has looked better on the bigger tracks to date but he has the early speed to test this field. 3 Lockwood Loop was surprisingly short in the market over 520m last Friday. Back to a sprint over which he has a fine record despite his tardy beginnings.

Was bumped out of the contest here last week but made amends leading all the way at Manawatu from this trap beating similar opposition.

Paid for a slow start here last Friday then was clipped from behind when handy at Manawatu. Should be untouched in the early rush the way this field is drawn.

Led throughout beating three of the same opposition. Should repeat. 7 Rock It Rapper missed last week’s race & should have the measure of most in this except perhaps the favourite.

If she runs up to last week’s performance she will win again despite the more difficult draw. Her runs earlier in the month were far less convincing however.
