Canberra have been the surprise packets of 2026 with two impressive wins before a very unlucky defeat to competition heavyweight the Sydney Roosters. The value this week though is with Cronulla, back to playing afternoon football. They are a disaster at night but remain a strong afternoon team. The Sharks are 6-1 in games played before 5pm since the start of last year with the only loss coming to the Broncos. Expect the Sharks to improve sharply this week. Chantay Kiria-Ratu is not a renowned tryscorer but scored against the Broncos and now has two tries in her last four games. Bobbi Law has been sensational since moving to the Raiders with tries in all three games since she moved to the Raiders.

The Dragons look a very big price this week with the Bulldogs in no position to be favoured against anyone. Canterbury were smacked around in the first two weeks before rolling Cronulla. The Bulldogs have it all over the Sharks though – they are the only team they have beaten since Round 2, 2025. The Dragons have Teagan Berry and Kasey Reh and that should be enough to get them home. Teagan Berry has been one of the great tryscorers with 39 tries in 44 games. She has scored in eight of her last 12 games across the last two seasons. Monica Tagoai has been in very good form, scoring in all three games this season.
Tips
Best: St George Illawarra +5.5 ($1.90)
Next: St George Illawarra Win ($2.55)
Tryscorer: Teagan Berry ($8 First, $1.88 Anytime)
SGM: Teagan Berry Try/Monica Tagoai Try ($4.71)
The Cowboys lost most of their top talent over the offseason to either departures or pregnancy and it is showing with three disastrous losses. All defeats have been by at least 12 with two by 38-plus. Gold Coast are airborne after losing to the Roosters, thumping the Bulldogs and the Eels. The Titans have the backline to utterly decimate the Cowboys. Teagan Levi has scored in two of her three NRLW games and was desperately unlucky not to cross last week. Jaime Chapman is one of 10 women with 25 NRLW tries, scoring 18 in 25 games since moving to the Titans. Phoenix-Raine Hippi has six tries in five games when starting on a wing.
Tips
Best: Gold Coast -13.5 ($1.90)
Next: Gold Coast -22.5 ($3.60)
Tryscorer: Teagan Levi ($16 First, $3.05 Anytime)
SGM: Teagan Levi Try/Jaime Chapman Try/Phoenix-Raine Hippi Try ($8.09)
Parramatta will be hoping to get something from recruit Keilee Joseph, playing her first game for the club that is on its knees after a 0-3 start. The Warriors, by contrast, have won two of their three games this year with their two wins coming by 22 and 38. The big news for them is recruits Mele Hufanga and Gayle Broughton have been named on an extended bench. The Warriors won the only meeting between these two clubs 14-0. Payton Takimoana is a superstar in the making with 15 tries in 12 games. Stacey Waaka has eight tries in eight games. Ivana Lauitiiti has three tries in eight games and will not be going around the prices she is being sent out at for long.

Best: New Zealand -15.5 ($1.90)
Next: New Zealand -23.5 ($3.15)
Tryscorer: Payton Takimoana ($6.40 First, $1.64 Anytime)
SGM: Payton Takimoana Try/Stacey Waaka Try/Ivana Lauitiiti Try ($16.43)
Defending premiers Brisbane have set the standard through three weeks with dominant wins over North Queensland and the Wests Tigers at home with a road win over Cronulla in between. The Broncos are back to Totally Workwear and should again run up a score against a limited Newcastle team now without spiritual leader Yasmine Meakes for the remainder of the year. Brisbane’s last four games at Totally Workwear not against the Roosters have seen Brisbane win by at least 24. Kerri Johnson has 15 tries in 16 games. Tamika Upton is the greatest tryscorer in NRLW history with 50 tries in 53 games. Chelsea Lenarduzzi comes off a double and has 18 NRLW tries to make her the second greatest tryscoring forward in competition history.

Best: Brisbane -12.5 ($1.90)
Next: Brisbane -23.5 ($4.00)
Tryscorer: Kerri Johnson ($7 First, $1.77 Anytime)

The 2026 NRLW season is again shaping as a two-horse race and when we saw that last year the Roosters and Broncos did nothing but cover throughout the regular season. We are shaping up again for something similar in 2026. The Roosters are just 1-2 against the spread despite being unbeaten but get their opportunity at a breakout game against the Wests Tigers, who were rolled 40-12 by Brisbane last week. The Roosters and Tigers have met three times and John Strange’s team has won by 38, 16 and 30. This line is not nearly big enough. Tarryn Aiken has 15 tries in 29 games since moving to the Roosters. Jess Sergis has scored in all three games against the Tigers. Jayme Fressard is a beast of a scorer who has 26 tries in 33 games for the Tricolours.
Tips
Best: Sydney Roosters -13.5 ($1.90)
Next: Sydney Roosters -23.5 ($3.80)
Tryscorer: Tarryn Aiken ($13 First, $2.80 Anytime)
SGM: Tarryn Aiken Try/Jess Sergis Try/Jayme Fressard Try ($10.20)
