Matt Markham gives his best in all races at Winton Harness on Thursday 25 June.
Prepared to give Classic Skye (3) another chance here with a turn to the mobile arm. It might just be enough to help her find a rhythm a bit quicker than she has been from the stands. No doubting the motor is there and we might get a chance to see it at full bore here.
Selections: 3-2-5-6-1

More bad than good lately from Sweet Espresso (1) and with the aid of an inside draw against a very even looking line up of rivals here today a bit run would come as no surprise. Has had a few chances, but none probably better than this one.
Selections: 1-5-7-2-3
1. Sweet Espresso (1) J: Brad Williamson 00725 T: Kirstin Green
Dropping out of some stronger recent races, Arma Forest (5) has looked to be a horse on the up for the past few weeks. Finds a really nice race today and it’s just a case of landing in the right spot here and being close enough turning for home. Hard to beat.
Selections: 5-4-10-11-9
5. Arma Forest (5) J: Brent Barclay 76473 T: Brett Gray
There’s been some really encouraging signs in the public runs of Heartfelt (6) ahead of today’s debut. Has looked slicked and really well schooled. Will need to be though, there’s some handy ones in here but money on early suggest a big run expected.
Selections: 6-3-8-5-1
6. Heartfelt (6) J: Matthew Williamson T: Matthew Williamson
On the hit and run mission from up in Canterbury, Ultimate Perfection (9) has been going a lot better than the form would probably suggest. Really good two starts back and with a little luck from the inside of the second row draw here can prevail.
Selections: 9-1-4-2-8
9. Ultimate Perfection (1) J: Carter Dalgety 00847 T: Brad Mowbray
A strong mobile record and a big win last time to build the confidence all bode well for Harriet’s Moment (4) here in a handy wee trotting field. Should be right in her element and if she gets up onto the speed early then expect her to prove hard to catch.
Selections: 4-6-3-5-7
4. Harriet’s Moment (4) J: Kerryn Tomlinson 23152 T: Phil Williamson
Expecting a sharp effort from Always Kilarney (6) here in a race that looks a little easier than the four assignments to date. Has been good in them and the fourth to Razorsharpmiki last time out really stacks up. Confident drive should land a confident result.
Selections: 6-8-2-4-3
6. Always Kilarney (6) J: Kirstin Green 6304 T: Kirstin Green
She’s better than what the majority of her recent form suggests, and don’t be surprised if Our Evie Rae (8) steps out and gives this field a bit of a trotting lesson. Manners are the biggest key, but with them she’s very dangerous and Blair in the bike is only a plus.
Selections: 8-6-7-10-11
8. Our Evie Rae (8) J: Blair Orange 04390 T: Darryn Simpson
There was a hint of class about the maiden win of Partytime (3) last time out and it would seem there’s a bit to come for the promising pacer. Finds a nice race for the first go out of maidens, but it will be tougher so needs to be even better again.
Selections: 3-5-4-2-6
3. Partytime (3) J: Nathan Williamson 1 T: Nathan Williamson
There’s a fair motor there on Saucy Delight (1) and while things went pear-shaped first up, expect a quick turn around here at a very nice each way price. Has taken on some good fields and with the aid of the inside draw should be in all the right places to make a serious claim here.
Selections: 1-5-6-7-2
1. Saucy Delight (1) J: Brad Williamson 135xp T: Brad Williamson
