Good manners and a couple of very handy runs up in Canterbury before shifting south should have Rondo Trouble (4) right in the hunt here today. Going well enough to win and this isn’t a deep field so expecting a strong performance.

Tough horse to catch Bautista (8) but the big pacer usually does enough to keep you interested. To be fair, this is the weakest field he’s raced in quite some time and if he runs anywhere near up to his best, he really should be winning today.

A quick glance at the recent form of Share A Dream (4) looks just OK but if you break down all the recent runs, taking into account the quality of opposition and barrier draws dealt then it is great form for a race like this. Just needs the right kind of trip and should be delivering.
