Addington Harness Tips & Preview | Friday 20 March

Bested by a pretty smart one last week in Sacetas, there was no shame in the run from Sunsoutgunsout (5) and with fitness on his side he’s still the horse they all need to beat tonight. Should roll forward and get things his way and from there be hard to catch.

The best horse in the race by probably a minute, Nellie Doyle (9) probably should just turn up here tonight and run them off the track. But there’s a few question marks. We haven’t seen her for a while and if they trot even quarters off the front then she’s going to have to be as good as she’s ever been to win it. Can do it though.

Comes out of one of the form maiden races of the season thus far last week and with a bit of clear air at the top of the straight, Franco Sublime (3) might have won. Nice draw again this week and he’ll likely be a little more confidently driven this week and with his chance, he’s the one to beat.

Never left second gear winning winning at The Mot last Sunday and while he faces a step up here, it’s hard to ignore Prestigious (4) as a big winning hope. He’s got a bright future when he puts it all together. He’s not there yet, but improving. Best horse in the race and should really win.

Some nice work in all runs back from the spell by Blazing Knuckles (4) and to be fair if she ran up to her best in this line up tonight from the good draw then they’d likely be chasing a shadow. Doesn’t have to lead, but should be rolling forward early.

That was impressive from Makaku (9) last time out. Joined in and won for fun and finds a race tonight to make it happen again. Manners again are the key to all of this. Bring them and you’re well in play. A nice bet for the middle of the night.

Ran them ragged here last week did Sacetas (1) and there’s an argument he’ll be even better this time around. Good draw to work from and if he can hold up and lead or at least find a good spot to work from then he’s the one to beat again.

What an experience it was to see 6 Got The Chocolates in full flight. Something so confident, done easy. Steps up againt here today and faces the standing start. Will need to work around them at some point but is capable of that and should be winning once more.

Big run last week by 9 Arma Hunter to only get swallowed up in the final stages. Better for that and likely to take bad luck out of the equation here from the draw and get into a really nice spot. Will need to some work from the tricky draw but should be up there competing nice and early.
