Left it late to get up for a maiden win here a week ago then made a big recovery when second at Manawatu. Big on ability but lack of early pace means we’ll need quaddie back-up. 7 Groot’s Galaxy made one of the best beginnings of his short career on Tuesday. Headed in the right direction.

Fair fourth at Manawatu on Tuesday where she tends to struggle. Ran an enormous second here the time before pushing one of the most promising dogs in the district. Worth a wee play at massive odds in a quality intermediate grade field.
