Carat Smuggler (#5) is a slow starter who takes a while to wind up but should reel in most in this field. Sugar Sugar (#2) won in this class at Hatrick on Friday. Is gradually building confidence down the straight.

Zero Chill’s (#6) smart win in the corresponding race down the straight two starts back is a better guide than Friday’s sixth when she didn’t show the same pick up. Looks better here these days.

Abby Road (#3) is a fast beginner who often finds one or two stronger late in the race but has oodles of room to establish a decent break on them. Dapper Jabber (#8) made a victorious return to this track nine days ago. The rise in class shouldn’t scare him.

Thrilling Aggie (#8) has been good in her two seconds since resuming after a long layoff. Close to striking gold.

Loveable Rogue (#8) is one of the poster boys of the straight track. Never out of the money in 21 starts. Should justify his microscopic odds in this.
