Trialled fairly down this straight track before an encouraging second over the fence at Hatrick when resuming. Gets the narrow nod in an even field.

Kept running on from the rear when third behind two form dogs here last Friday. Should be better for that outing too.

Followed up slick c1 win here with another at Manawatu midweek. Up to this class down the straight track but it is a deep field. 4 Opawa Keith follows speed well so was suited to running against higher graded opposition last Friday. A must for exotics.

Had her chance last week but still finished close up in a heat of the feature when fourth & she may have been a touch flat coming off the back of a race at the Manawatu.

Was good through the line in a heat for this & will probably strip better again today. Would prefer him in the outside box though. 1 Fool Me Once took time honours in the heats albeit by a small margin. Cracking field for the first running of the Betcha.

Recorded one of the fastest times on this track although hasn’t looked quite the same dog here lately. Third in a strong c3/4 field at Manawatu on Wednesday reads well for this.
