Long odds appeal in an open field. 7 Run Away Blue ran third in the track record race here on September 4 then ran into second at Manawatu. Second career win is well overdue. Spread in the quadrella.

Has been the standout performer down the straight in this field. Hard to back him at the short quote but looks a quaddie anchor.

Fast front-running 520m win in this class on Friday came off the back of a decent third in his first race on the grass here.

Was heavily backed to win fresh-up when he overcame an awkward start to finish second in track-record time. Should salute today.

Never got warm on Friday but was unlucky at Manawatu the time before & he downgrades today. First raceday start here but will have seen the track. Taking the chance at the tempting odds. 7 Claws In Lulu has found her go in life on this track & 8 Big Time Nico held the track record for a few minutes on a lightning track here on September 4.

Looks suited to this track & didn’t disappoint with his c1 win here earlier this month. This class won’t scare him with a similar effort. 1 Talkin’ Trash was squeezed out of a handy spot at Manawatu. Two steady placings here to date. 2 Mega Power brings sound Cambridge form south & he could be suited to the straight line.

Set the track record on a lightning surface here two starts back in c1 then was an impressive c2 winner at Manawatu. Another jump in class may not stop. 3 Big Time Ultra comes in a touch fresh today. Has taken to this track well. Each way.
