Clocked a 21.50s trial here last week to ready him for resumption. That has him in the mix already & he could be improved for today. 3 Opawa Mocha is on debut from a powerful visiting kennel. Public trial times have been moderate but they were weeks ago. Quaddie must.

Strong front-running win in this class at Hatrick on Friday. Has broken 26 seconds here before. 5 Opawa Turbo is a frustrating watch because of his racing style but he performs better here & is at generous odds given his solid third on the track two starts back.

Handy hound resuming on a downgrade. Trialled in a tidy 21.39s here last Tuesday which puts him right in the mix in an open field.

Cramped up & pulled up sore after leading a tidy field for a long way over 525m at Addington last month. Runs Ascot Park well so should thrive here.

Was swamped at Cambridge after a bump at the top of the straight. Has a strong record on this track over 457m & should simply be better than this field.

Steps up against some handy c3 chasers but she’s hardly put a paw wrong in seven starts. 7 Opawa Shirley couldn’t overcome an early bump last start but is a highly regarded Canterbury visitor with fast wins to her credit at Ascot Park, a similar track to this.

Up in class after last week’s win from this trap. Has been higher than this before so won’t be daunted.

Has now won 13 of 18 after comfortably accounting for 8 Big Time Axel here a week ago. Hard to argue against him this week.

Continues to handle each step in class. No hiding now but he’s been reliable off the lids here. 3 Eytukan was an encouraging second when resuming at Cambridge. 8 Opawa Ryder seemed to have his chance here last Tuesday but is required in quaddies.
