Cambridge Harness Tips & Preview | Thursday 29 October

Matt Markham has been through the form guide and speed maps and has provided his race analysis and betting strategy for each of the six races at the Cambridge Harness meeting on Thursday 29 October below:

Cambridge Harness Race 1
5 Seven Nation Army

Beautifully bred debutant Seven Nation Army (5) steps out here on debut. Out of the very smart mare Baby Bling he looks to have some of the family ability. They’ve been patient with him and the money has come first up too. Looks a winner.
Selections: 5-1-7-4-3

Cambridge Harness Race 2
7 Signman

Four runs under the belt from Signman (7) so far for the campaign and he’s taken on some pretty smart ones during those runs too. This looks a little easier and even from the wide draw he should be able to show his class and deliver in this field.
Selections: 7-4-8-9-1

Cambridge Harness Race 3
6 Busy Canoodling

Some strong recent runs by Busy Canoodling (6) have her knocking on the door of success. All around it at the moment and with the confidence levels right up, the only option from here is to get back into the winners’ circle after a long break. Looks a great hope.

Cambridge Harness Race 4
1 Franco Miki
Each Way

A nice barrier draw upswing here brings Franco Miki (1) right into play. Is racing well in these kinds of fields, but often from tricky spots. Should get a nice trip here on the markers throughout and wouldn’t need to go much better to deliver a winning turn at a nice price tonight.

Cambridge Harness Race 5
4 Kenny Hill

He’s trotted his way into some really good form of late has Kenny Hill (4) and while he’s in the sweet spot it’s worth continuing to follow him. Nice enough race here, even off the 10m handicap and if he can find his rhythm and be handy enough then he can win again.

Cambridge Harness Race 6
3 Bettor Reaction
Tip of The Day

Really brave effort last time out from Bettor Reaction (3) and looks to be closing in on some winning form. Will likely roll the dice here and look to find a spot on the speed and if he’s able do that then he might have a little too much class for rivals here.
