Johnny Football clung on tenaciously to win a group two race over 720m last start. This distance suits his explosive style best. 3 Long Non White beat Johnny here four starts back so is at surprisingly lucrative odds especially after a swift 520m win on Friday.

Opawa Ingrid won over 650m at Cambridge after trying for a while. Can back up. 7 Know Expense picks a good race to make his distance debut. His ability will carry him a long way.

Star Boy Express was heavily backed to win when stepping up to this distance last week & he was unlucky when squeezed up at the first bend while challenging for the lead. 4 Hey Driver finished second in that race & has won since at Hatrick. 6 Cephalopod is the other obvious danger for quaddie seekers.

We Ride ran on well once he’d found the rail last week & downgrades today with a better draw.

Big Time Ness is seemingly on the cusp of an overdue win after being runner-up here & at Hatrick in the last week. 2 Satan’s Song appeared to have his chance when fourth at Cambridge but he did take a knock in the early rush.

Blazin’ Master’s solid second in a slick race at Hatrick indicated that he has another win in him at this level from a kind draw. 4 Big Time Elect had already downgraded before third behind two hot dogs on Friday. Was luckless here last week.
