Pushed some decent dogs for a fair way over 457m at Manawatu before being gunned down by 1 Pop It Rapper on the straight track on Monday. He can reverse that result on the circle.

Stumbled badly at the start last Friday but was good after finishing fourth. Usually begins better than that & he will be fitter for the two outings he’s had since a break.

Beat 2 Big Time Butler on merit at Manawatu & she should be able to produce similar on this track. 5 Stop Working is up in class but if she can reproduce last week’s winning maiden time then she can deliver again in this field.

8 Big Time Keegan: Good recovery to grab a distant second after being forced wide at the first bend in a much stronger field last Friday.

Was able to overcome an ordinary start to beat a number of the same runners a week ago.

Followed his super second to Blazin’ Master in a fast time at Manawatu with a deserved victory over a rising star there on Tuesday. Hasn’t raced this track since mid-June but returns in great shape.

Wide-runner that hasn’t been able to deliver a winning run on this track yet but he should have the measure of most in this field despite his trait.

Made solid ground along the rail behind two quality sprinters last Friday. Tough field but the odds are tempting especially on a dog wearing the bonus cash back TAB 3 rug tonight.

Champion chaser resuming after a minor injury. Unbeaten in 11 here. Tricky trap especially with a dog like 3 Big Time Bam drawn under him but he has super powers to manoeuvre out of trouble.

Tiny tot with high leg turnover. Ran a slashing time at Manawatu midweek. Hasn’t produced that here yet but no reason why she shouldn’t.

Poor starts are really costing him but he has high mid-race speed. Staying with as he should be better for his two runs this week after a lengthy break.

Was in front turning for home at Manawatu when seemingly innocuous contact seemed to knock her right off her game. Wondering about confidence but she has the game to win this. Quaddie cover required however.
