TPC River Highlands is a typical NorthEast course, a Par 70 where conditions dictate how this plays. All styles are suited with form on the greens typically dictating the victor. Making birdies and minimising mistakes are the key here.

There is absolutely no doubting it: Ludvig Aberg is a star on the rise, the next great player on the PGA Tour. The fact he has played in a Ryder Cup and contended in two of his first three majors despite being less than 12 months into his pro career is testament to that. He was outstanding the first two rounds of the US Open and contending has not often been a problem with three of the last five winners finishing Top 15 in the US Open and six of the last seven have played in the event. Par 4 Scoring is the top stat this week and he ranks 6th in that as well as 4th in Ball Striking, 9th in Bogey Avoidance, 11th in Strokes Gained: Approach and 13th in Birdie or Better. Looks a great bet.
Sam Burns
One of the key correlation tournaments for this event is the Valspar and Burns won that event in 2021 and 2022 and finished 6th last year. Finished Top 6 in the last two at Phoenix while he was T-10 at the Genesis this year. He is all class and is getting back to his best with three straight Top 15 finishes including a T-9 at the US Open. Ranks 7th in Birdie or Better and 12th in Putting Average. This is a perfect setup.
Tony Finau
Tony Finau was another who was in the mix at Pinehurst No.2 who looks a big hope this week. Finau ranks 3rd in Strokes Gained: Approach, 8th in Ball Striking and 9th in Birdie or Better. He has finished Top 20 in the last two at Riviera. His form has been very good this year including a T-8 at The Memorial and a T-3 at the US Open. Looks a big price, particularly in the Top 5 market.
Harris English
English loves TPC River Highlands, winning this event in 2021 and finishing Top 25 on three other occasions in his last eight starts here. He has snuck under the radar this year with eight Top 25s in 16 starts, notably finishing 7th at the key correlation course of Riviera. Major form has been great with T-41 at the US Open his worst finish. Ranks 6th this year in Strokes Gained: Putting.
Christian Bezuidenhout
The consistent South African profiles tremendously this week. He ranks 2nd in Putting Average, 6th in Par 4 Scoring and 11th in Strokes Gained: Putting and if he plays to that he will be right in the mix this week. In his last eight non-major starts, he has three Top 10s and no finish worse than T-28. He finished Top 28 at the three key correlation courses this year. Looks huge overs.
Jason Day
Three Australians tee it up this week in Cromwell and it is surprising Jason Day is not favoured here. He rates as an odds-on shot to win this market. Day ranks 9th in Putting Average and 10th in Strokes Gained: Putting while he finished Top 10 in the last two Genesis Invitationals. Best bet of the tournament.
Taylor Pendrith
Six Canadians line up here and Taylor Pendrith is the man to bet. He ranks 5th in Strokes Gained: Putting and 8th in Putting Average and that puts him in great stead this week.
