2025 is going to be a big year for retail as we look to update and upgrade key areas of the customers\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we prepare to provide our customers with some of the new things they\u2019ve been asking for, we\u2019ve also had to look at some of the products we currently offer retail customers. As part of this, All Up\/Poker bet types will no longer be offered from today, Wednesday 11 December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A great alternative bet type to consider is a Multi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. How to place a multi on the self-service terminal:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select ‘Sports\u2019 on the side of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scroll down to FOB Racing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose your meeting and race from the event list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select your bet type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Choose your runner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Then add your stake and select \u2018Add to Multi’.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To add more options, go back to your event and repeat the process until you’ve built your multi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    While we can understand the removal of this bet type might not be ideal for some customers, we look forward to being able to communicate all of the benefits of the new retail experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are lots of exciting changes planned for our customers including more features, more products, more options and better customer experiences. We can\u2019t wait to keep you up-to-date with everything we have planned for TAB stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
