\nThe Panthers were dreadful in Week 1 but this is a nice bounceback spot with Week 2 teams off a double digit loss 47-28-3 against the spread the last decade while underdogs of 4 or more off a loss of 35-plus cover at 73.5%.<\/p>\n

New York Giants +1.5 (v Washington)<\/a>
\nThe new regime is hoping to get off to a big start and they get a great spot with Week 1 road team that won between 4 and 6 games the year prior 52-21-5 against the spread.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati +5.5 (at Kansas City)<\/a>
\nThe Bengals are the best bet of Week 2 with Week 1 faves of 6 or more off a loss going 19-6 against the spread in Week 2 while favourites playing their second straight home game to start the season are 5-16 against the number.<\/p>\n
