We\u2019re taking the short odds for Manchester City to win this week. The $1.60 is a fair price from bookmakers for a premiership contender, and we can\u2019t see Crystal Palace bouncing back from a 2-0 loss to Everton.<\/p>\n

Man City didn\u2019t play much better when beating Bournemouth 2-1, but it was a win, and they\u2019ll only improve with more games under their belt this season.<\/p>\n

We priced Man City at $1.35 to beat Palace, so include them in EPL tips this week.<\/p>\n

Liverpool should be too good for Nottingham Forest, but the $1.50 odds aren\u2019t quite big enough for us to include as a value bet.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re locking in Liverpool to win 2-1, which pays a handsome $9.25. Those odds are worth the risk, and we have both teams scoring a goal, but Liverpool could pull out the game winner in the final 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

It should be an entertaining game, but pressure is on Liverpool to start winning games, and they should come through for punters.<\/p>\n

It was a dream start to the season for Hull City, who sent Manchester United packing with a 2-0 win. It was a dominant display, and although United were terrible, Hull City should come away with confidence.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re good enough to beat Coventry City, and the odds are generous. Coventry City are $1.85 favourites to post their first win following a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal, and we didn\u2019t take any positives from that performance.<\/p>\n

Our EPL predictions this week have Hull City remaining unbeaten and causing some waves in the EPL race.<\/p>\n

There has been some money for the draw at $3.50, but we\u2019re keeping the faith with Bournemouth, who lost 2-1 to Manchester City last week.<\/p>\n

That was a tidy performance despite the loss, and if they can score against City\u2019s defence, they can score a couple of goals against Everton, who won 2-0 against Crystal Palace last week.<\/p>\n

A close game is expected, but Bournemouth is a team worth sticking with, so the $2.02 odds are worth including in EPL Gameweek 2 tips.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re taking a risk by backing Tottenham after losing 3-0 to Brentford last week, but they\u2019ll win a game sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n

It was a dour performance from the Hotspur, but facing Newcastle United should suit them, and playing at home is another positive for Tottenham.<\/p>\n

Their senior players need to step up, and although their opening odds of $1.80 didn\u2019t attract any betting support, the $2.20 makes them a viable betting option with EPL best bets.<\/p>\n

Brentford couldn\u2019t have been more impressive when beating Tottenham last week, and their counterattack was beautiful.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re a team that can make waves in the EPL this season, and if Leeds aren\u2019t at their best, we expect Brentford to cash in with a couple of goals.<\/p>\n

The $2.65 odds for Brentford to win are generous from the TAB, and although Leeds\u2019 defence looked good in holding Nottingham Forest to no goals last week, Brentford\u2019s attack is much better.<\/p>\n

Sunderland needs to bounce back after losing 2-1 to Ipswich Town in their opening game, which wasn\u2019t the best way to get things started.<\/p>\n

However, against a Fulham team that might need a few weeks to gel, Sunderland should have every chance to collect the full three points this week.<\/p>\n

They are tough to beat at home, and with Fulham\u2019s defence leaking goals against Chelsea last Tuesday, they\u2019ll need to play much better to keep Sunderland from scoring a couple of goals.<\/p>\n

Chelsea produced a quality win over Fulham in the opening week, and it was good enough to include them in our EPL tips this week.<\/p>\n

They had some shaky moments, especially with their goalkeeper, but they should come out firing against Brighton, who are a good team, but not on the same level as Chelsea.<\/p>\n

The $1.94 odds to win outright are generous, but we\u2019re taking the better odds for a halftime\/fulltime win. Chelsea\u2019s attack looked good against Fulham, and they could strike early against Brighton and never surrender the lead.<\/p>\n

Our EPL best bets include Manchester United -1, and they should score a convincing win over Ipswich Town.<\/p>\n

United suffered a 2-0 shock loss to Hull City in their opening game, and although fans were disappointed, they should be much better this week.<\/p>\n

If United are anywhere near their best, Ipswich Town shouldn\u2019t have a chance. They did well to beat Sunderland 2-1 last week, but United is still considered a premiership title contender, so expect a bounce-back effort.<\/p>\n

The $2.10 odds for a -1 handicap win are too good to turn down.<\/p>\n

Arsenal should have the wood over Aston Villa, especially with Villa coming off a 4-0 loss to Brighton last week.<\/p>\n

That was a poor performance, and with Arsenal looking good with a 3-0 win over Coventry, they should be far too good for Villa to end the week.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll be happy to score a 2-0 win, and they should keep a clean sheet. Villa\u2019s attack looked stagnant, and Arsenal\u2019s keeper shouldn\u2019t come under much pressure.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re taking the $7.75 odds for a 2-0 Arsenal win.<\/p>\n
