What is a Detailed Bet Slip?
It offers customers more information on the screen without the need to click through to the extended form options. It’s available for NZ meetings only (plus the odd feature race, e.g. the Melbourne Cup). This option is more suitable for customers viewing with a larger screen resolution. The additional information on a Detailed Bet Slip includes:
• An image of the silk (or the rug for Greyhound racing)
• Stake money earned
• Win and Place statistics for Track conditions, the Course and Distance.
E.g. C(1-0-1) for a horse with one start on the course for one placing
• Barrier/box draw as a separate column, to allow sorting of this information.
How do I view the Detailed Bet Slip?
There are two ways that you can view a Detailed Bet Slip.
1. Set your Preferences so it automatically displays when available
All you have to do is set up your preferred options and save them. Then each time you login to tab.co.nz your saved settings will be automatically applied. There are preferences for Racing, Sport and General.
To learn more about your preference options head to My TAB and look for ‘My Betting Preferences’ in the left hand menu, or click on the ‘My Preferences’ link in the horizontal menu bar (under the tabs) of the Sport or Racing page. Next to each preference there is a ‘Learn more’ link which has specific details of that preference, and where appropriate, an image to illustrate an option.
2. Use the on screen icon
When a Detailed Bet Slip is available a small icon will appear in the bar below the Start time; Weather and Track information.
Simply click on this icon to swap between the two different Bet Slip options.
If you would like to return to the Standard Bet Slip, click on the small icon which is located in the bar below the Start time; Weather and Track information.
