Introducing the Driver / Jockey Challenge
Back your favourite Driver or Jockey and you could win big! The Driver/Jockey Challenge is where the punter selects their favourite driver/jockey to be the most successful driver/rider at a race meeting. The winner is based on the greatest number of points that accumulate over the meeting or meetings. Points will be accrued per Race and calculated as follows:
- 3 points for a winning ride / drive
- 2 points for a second placed ride / drive
- 1 point for a third placed ride / drive
Schedule
Thoroughbreds - A Jockey Challenge will be opened on one selected domestic meeting and the feature Australian meeting each Saturday.
Harness - A Driver Challenge will be open on one selected Friday Harness meeting.

Quaddie - a fun new bet type with big rewards
Quaddie is now available on all NZ meetings and on selected Australian meetings, and as a rule it will be allocated as follows:
- Thoroughbred Quaddies will be on the last four races of the day..
- Harness Quaddies will start on Race 4 for all meetings (Races 4, 5, 6 & 7).
- Greyhound Quaddies will start on Race 5 for all meetings (Races 5, 6, 7, & 8).
Note if it's a Harness or Greyhound Pick6 meeting than the Quaddie will be on the last 4 races. Quaddie races will appear on the race form in store or shown on screen on the web. Find out more about Quaddie>
