Radio Trackside

Radio Trackside is the national radio network broadcasting wall to wall racing, racing news, talk and information. Coverage starts from 12noon Sunday to Friday and from 8.00am on Saturdays.

Radio Trackside also shares its frequencies with LiveSPORT from 6am to 12noon weekdays.  LiveSPORT features both breakfast and late morning shows combining the youth and experience of some of the country's most talented sportspeople and broadcasters including; former Black Caps wicket-keeper Ian Smith, former Kiwi league international and sports promoter Dean Lonergan, and sports commentator and radio broadcaster Nathan Rarere. 

How can you tune in?

The Radio Trackside/LiveSPORT audio stream is available for TAB Account customers in the My TAB section under My Streaming where you can select a crisp clear high quality audio or the low audio option. 

It's also available as a low quality audio stream through a link under the Features section on our homepage, which works well if you have a slower internet connection.

Trackside TV channel – audio only

The Trackside Television channel was first launched in 1992 and was joined by TAB TV in 2009.  Trackside Television and TAB TV broadcast every domestic race that the TAB takes betting on plus daily racing from Australia, Hong Kong and other international venues.

Previously bookmarked our TAB Audio URL?

For those regular users who may have bookmarked the audio streaming URL in your media player, you'll need to update the bookmarks with the new URL.  Click on the links below or go to each of the area's to collect the new URL and save this into your Media Player library.

If you've updated the URL in your media player and you're still experiencing problems, then you may need to consider upgrading your media player software.
