For clearing your cache files in IE8 do the following …
In IE8, click Tools -> Internet Options. Then under Browsing history click the Delete Button, then check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies. Form data and Passwords are optional.
note:- if you clear out the form data and passwords, this will clear 'all' saved passwords.
If the above does not work, then you might have to clear out your files in a different way, try the following…
1. Load Internet Explorer and go to the www.tab.co.nz website
2. From the top menu bar (located top right) click on the 'Tools' menu item, a drop down list will appear.
3. From the drop down list select 'Developer Tools'. A new window will load.
4. In the new window click on 'Cache' from the top menu, a drop down list will appear.
5. Click on the following, selecting 'Yes' if it asks you if you're sure that you want to do this:
- Clear browser cache
- Clear session cookies
- Clear cookies for domain
6. Close the 'Developer tools' window.
7. Close Internet Explorer, then reload it and go to the www.tab.co.nz website and try and login
