Viewing the site

Support has been dropped for lower screen resolutions and older browsers.  This has been done in order to provide the best viewing and betting experience for the large majority of customers who view at a larger screen resolution and on modern browsers.

Screen resolution is the number of pixels (dots) that can fit within your screen.  The TAB website was designed for a minimum resolution of 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high, however if you have additional toolbars or run a lower resolution than this then you may be missing out on some information on the site.

You can change your screen resolution using the following steps:

1.  Minimize all of your programs until you have a clear view of the desktop (a screen with all of your icons on it).
2.  Right click on a blank area of the screen and a grey/white box should appear, left click on 'Properties' in the bottom of this window
3.  A new window will load called 'Display Properties'.  Left click on the tab along the top labeled 'Settings'.
4.  Near the middle-bottom of the page there will be an area called 'Screen Area' or 'Screen Resolution' with a sliding bar.  If you are having issues, you could be set to '800 by 600 pixels'.  Our website was designed for the most common setting of 1024 by 768 pixels at a minimum, so left click on the pointer and drag slide the slider until it is atleast this.
5.  Left click 'Apply'.  A message box may appear stating that Windows is about to change your screen resolution.  Left click 'Ok'.
6.  Your screen may flicker a little while this is being changed.  Once it stops you should still be able to see the screen.  There should be a new message box now that asks you if you want to keep the new screen resolution or not.  There is a time limit to select 'Yes' before it changes your resolution back.  If the screen looks good to you then left click 'Yes'.  If you run out of time and it automatically switches back then go back to step 4 and repeat the process again.
7.  You have successfully changed your screen resolution, so left click 'Ok' to close the 'Display Properties' box and return to the desktop.  Now you can go back to the TAB website and maximize the window.  You should now be able to see the betslip and other parts of the screen without having to scroll.
