Q.How do I stop receiving messages?

A.You can unsubscribe by clicking on the 'X' to the right of the selection in the current messages list. From your phone, reply with 'STOP' to your TAB message and this will delete all your selections.

Q.What happens if I have my mobile phone switched off and miss my message for that day?

A.Messages have a time limit on them to ensure that the information remains timely. If they can't be delivered within a certain time, they will be cancelled. Make sure that you have space to receive messages - if your inbox is full they cannot be delivered.

Q.How do I activate my phone for SMS or text alerts?

A.Once you have logged into My TAB you will see ‘Activate phone’. Click on the link and you will be sent a text message to your phone with a special code. Enter this code into the space provided.

Q.How much will the service cost me for each text message?

A.Just 20c a message (including GST).
