Account Setup Process

Before making your first bet you will need to have a TAB Account and/or have your enabled for online betting.

The process of getting set up to make your first online bet is designed to be a clear and quick process. If you encounter any difficulties along the way, please contact us on the details below

New TAB Account customers:

If you do not have a TAB Account, you will be taken through the following steps:

1. Select a PIN number for your TAB Account.
2. Enter or update your name and contact details.

In most cases, your TAB Account number will be provided to you straight away. You are then able to deposit money into your account and go betting.

Note: You will be required to provide proof of your identity to the TAB within 30 days. You may not withdraw money from your account until you have done so. A form with instructions is provided for you to print when your account details are confirmed. This form is also available from the Member Services page.

Existing TAB Account customers:

If you already have a TAB Account and you wish to activate it for online betting, you will be taken through the following steps:

1. Enter your TAB Account number and PIN.
2. Enter or update your name and contact details.

In most cases, confirmation that your account has been activated for Internet betting will be provided to you straight away. You are then able to deposit money into your account and/or go betting.
